Most of the episodes were poor (I think). But there is one episode called Rude Awakening, starring Denholm Eliott, that is, in my opinion, the best piece of horror television ever. Goosebumps had a few silly kind of episodes, but some were pretty spooky too. I actually just checked out the intros for each show, and AYFofD definitely seems darker. The Goosebumps theme is a classic too though.Antainenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7091756463128804432.post-43574595124791774372013-10-26T10:36:02.624-07:002013-10-26T10:36:02.624-07:00I never saw Goosebumps, but it sounds good.I never saw Goosebumps, but it sounds good.Maolsheachlannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09406722311993627528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7091756463128804432.post-64825824969649402352013-10-26T09:03:21.970-07:002013-10-26T09:03:21.970-07:00I'm a bit late here. I'm also glad to know you share my taste for these sort of books.

I don't know if you've seen the Canadian kids' television show Are You Afraid of the Dark?, from the nineties. It's for kids but it's pretty spooky and it has lots of those kind of short, sharp shock tales.Maolsheachlannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09406722311993627528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7091756463128804432.post-21332471069871208722013-10-20T09:34:52.009-07:002013-10-20T09:34:52.009-07:00Excellent. Now I don't need to. Good timing. Thanks Maolsheachlann.Antainenoreply@blogger.com
