I'm not all too familiar with Peter Hitchens. I know he's a conservative (and Anglican?), brother of the late Christopher, and that he's a journalist. I take it he's not one for smiling then.
Well, I read his blog, and he often gets teased by readers about his apparent reluctance to smile or laugh. And his general grumpiness.
