I got some bad news today. A friend of mine-- a very good guy, and a Chestertonian, and somebody who has been a very great encouragement and help to me personally-- lost his job all of a sudden. He needs prayers! Please pray for him, and for his wife, who is also a wonderful person. Please pray that the Holy Spirit comforts and guides them both, and that a new opportunity comes along soon.
You are especially welcome to comment on this post, since it is often a comfort to those in adversity to know others are praying for them.
