The screens were a real drag. They were actually blocking the statues on the altar. And the priest kept turning to the side to see what he was putting on the screen. It's like he was trying to resolve the old dilemma of facing the altar or facing the people by doing neither!
Seems like a good enough patronage there also. Nice sacred Heart but I'm not one for screens. Can't missals and hymnals be brought back?
