My father Peadar Kelly, who is the man I admire most in the world, and who has had the biggest influence on my view of the world, is very ill in hospital. Please pray for him.
He carried a card of St. Anthony in his wallet and often asked for his intercession, so that might be a good saint to turn to. But all prayers are very much appreciated.
Very sorry to hear that, Maolsheachlann; please God he will be well again soon.
ReplyDeletePrayers certainly, Maolsheachlann.
ReplyDeleteI will pray for him, and you and yours at this time. What is his name?
ReplyDeleteSinéad.
I will certainly pray for your father and for you. Paul
ReplyDeleteThanks for all of these, I really appreciate them. Sinéad, his name is Peadar.
ReplyDeleteHow's the Da doing Maolsheachlann?
ReplyDeleteSinead.
He's still in hospital. Doing pretty well though. Thanks for asking.

ReplyDeleteGood good good, he's in the Mater isn't he? Just up from there, beside Temple St. Hospital as you're walking towards Hill St. but before you turn left to Gardiner St. is a tiny shrine to St. Anthony with a tabernacle. If you want a bit of peace before you head home and to pray for him well there's your man. I'll light a candle for him to St. Anthony again this evening, please God he'll continue to get better.
Sinéad.
Thanks again, Sinéad, I really appreciate it.
DeleteSinéad, can you email me? I wanted to ask you about something you might be able to help with. Thanks. (It's Maolsheachlann@gmail.com.)
DeleteIt's very late I know, but I'm praying for him nonetheless.
ReplyDeleteThanks Antaine. He is much better now!
