Donald Trump has just been sworn in as the next President of the USA as I write this post. May the Holy Spirit watch over him as he begins his new administration!
I didn't realize until this morning that his Vice-President, J.D. Vance, had written a very powerful and revealing account of his conversion to Catholicism in the Lamp magazine. It appeared in April of 2020. I highly recommend it.

Among other things, it shows that the New Atheism was a very real force, and that its decline is much to be celebrated.
(Trump has just finished one section of his inauguration speech with the words: "We will not forget our God". Amen!)
